About this session:

Springboard: Launching Your Personal Search for Success
Success, both in one’s career and in life, can be difficult to measure and even harder to define. Join us for a webinar featuring Professor G. Richard Shell, the originator of the popular “Literature of Success” course at Wharton and author of the recently published Springboard: Launching Your Personal Search for Success. Professor Shell will challenge you to investigate two deeply personal questions: How do I define success in my life? What are my strengths and weaknesses in terms of success-oriented practices? The event includes a personalized, interactive profiler to help you discover your current success beliefs and a story-filled talk on what modern social science research can teach you about the components of success, including such things as happiness, achievement, excellence, and meaningful work. Participate in the interactive portion of the session by completing this exercise in advance.
