Please join us for a timely and lively discussion and presentation by Dr. Kevin O'Brien, Daniels College Associate Professor regarding legal, ethical and employment perspectives surrounding the rapidly growing marijuana industry in Colorado.

This 2nd Tuesday event will be co-hosted by Robin Kane, the new Director of MBA Programs for Working Professionals at Daniels (Penn/Wharton) and Kate Hyatt, Vice President of Talent at Probuild (Cornell).

Dr. Kevin O'Brien is and Associate Professor in the Department of Business Ethics and Legal Studies at the Daniels College of Business. In the classroom, he analyzes key executive decisions from many perspectives: ethical, professional, international, public policy, and legal points of view. As an attorney, CPA and IRS revenue agent, he offers a wide experience in civil and criminal investigations and has published and lectured extensively on professional ethics. He is a Board Member of Centura Health and serves on the Audit and Compliance Committee.
