Dr. Kevin O'Brien is and Associate Professor in the Department of Business Ethics and Legal Studies at the Daniels College of Business. In the classroom, he analyzes key executive decisions from many perspectives: ethical, professional, international, public policy, and legal points of view. As an attorney, CPA and IRS revenue agent, he offers a wide experience in civil and criminal investigations and has published and lectured extensively on professional ethics. He is a Board Member of Centura Health and serves on the Audit and Compliance Committee.
