This presentation by Brent Johnson and Michelle Macgruder of Fairfield & Woods will focus on medical and recreational marijuana, amendments to the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act, the Colorado Family Care Act and a Colorado statute that imposes new restrictions on an employer's use of credit reports to evaluate applicants or employees, among others.

The breakfast will start with a half hour of networking from 7:30 - 8:00 a.m and then the presentation will run from 8:00 - 8:50 a.m.

The cost includes a light continental breakfast, coffee and juice. The event capacity will be limited to the first 60 registrants. Parking is located in lots to either side of the Denver Press Club, located at 1330 Glenarm Place.
