Join us for an engaging evening with Dr. Micheal Platt, a leading neuroscientist whose research explores how the brain drives decision-making, trust, and collaboration.
Dr. Platt will share insights from his latest work, Look Them in the Eye: Strengthen Teams and Trust, part of his Nano Tool for Leaders series. This session introduces a simple, evidence-based practice proven to build trust, strengthen teamwork, and improve collaboration—immediately applicable in leadership and organizational settings.
He will also draw on his earlier research, Innovative Thinking: Using Neuroscience to Unlock Out-of-the-Box Ideas, revealing how understanding the brain can spark creativity, improve problem-solving, and drive innovation.
