Join us at the stunning home of alumna and board advisor Ellen Robinson for a very special wine pairing and food event, with local celebrity Michele Morris, author, chef and sommelier. She will pair wines with food she's prepared from her Cookbook,Tasting Colorado, which features recipes from the finest restaurants around Colorado.

- Spicy Crab Bisque paired with Chateau Ste. Michelle Indian Wells Chardonnay 2013
- Cherry Chipotle Short Ribs paired with Two Rivers Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 a big CO red wine
